The set of handbooks run from 1946-47 up to 1956-57 and make a nice little collection.
The first book to cover the club's history is the 1953 publication 'Falkirk Football Club Through The Years' and it contains some excellent insights. The '1957 Scottish Cup Souvenir Handbook' and the '1977 Centenary Brochure' borrow heavily from this initial publication.
Michael White's 5 volume set 'The Brockville/Falkirk Bairns' is still the most comprehensive look at the club's history and is well worth owning if you can obtain a set.
Paul Robertson's 'Touching All' is a very professional effort and provides and excellent read on some of Falkirk's greatest players.
